The Plumber was timely, polite and professional. He told me how long it would take and stayed on schedule. When he gave the estimate it was hard to say exactly what was needed because the plumbing was not exposed, .but he measured the area and gave me a idea of what was needed. I was happy that when he began the work his initial "diagnosis" was correct. The job was just as he described for the cost he quoted me. He left the area cleaned-up.

Very professional, courteous and helpful. Very willing to answer all questions and treated me with respect. I live out-of-state and was a little leery of dealing with someone I didn't know, but they kept me informed throughout the process and gave me detailed answers to my questions. They were also willing to give me an approximate idea of costs over the phone based on my description of the problem, something a number of others were unwilling to do. I would highly recommend them and would use them again if the need arises.
